Returns & Refunds
- Returns are welcome anytime within 7 days of Receiving your your order.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Refunds are issued as store-credit.
- Custom orders are non refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, we will send you your store credit by email.
- Sale items and orders placed using promotion codes cannot be returned.
Damaged/ Not as described products:
Returns are welcome anytime within 7 days of your original receipt of your order if the items are not as described or damaged.
Simply return the items to us, and we’ll provide a full refund. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
To arrange your return, please email (email@example.com) with your receipt or proof of purchase along with a picture of your item showing the issue.
We stand behind our goods and services and want you to be satisfied with them. We’ll always do our best to take care of our customers. We often want to save you the trouble of shipping defective product back to us.
When you contact us, please send us a photo of the product that clearly shows the issue you’re experiencing.
